Managed to hard brick my OnePlus Open. I had a lazy moment and used a script to flash my images to my phone. I didn't bother to check it beforehand and it's misnamed a bunch of the partitions. Fast forward. I use Qualcomm pcat to flash all the blank XML and gbt files. Clear it out. Then I successfully reflash rawprogram .XML 0-5 and patch.xml 0-5. Phone still doesn't boo.t Still doesn't fastboot or fastbootd. Only edl Qualcomm 9008. Any ideas?

Which files/partitions precisely were flashed? Did you flash the full firmware?
