Help i cannot unlock the bootloader of my phone

My device name is: Symphony Z15 (Bangladeshi Phone)
Android version: 9 Ram: 2GB
chipset: Unisoc SC9863a
i tried adb fastboot unlocking it failed. i tried to directly flash magisk patched and Havotek made twrp recovery through research tool but it failed. Also i tried CVE-2022-38694 but it failed at fdl2 loading. Please help me i want to install a custom rom in my phone stock ram lags too much. i am providing boot.img, recovery.img, and vbmeta-sign.img here . Please someone help meeee......
