Hey good day sir please am having problems in flashing my Google Pixel 2xl its not booting, So i can't unlock the OEM so that i can flash it, please i need your help

Can you provide some information about its current condition and how it began?

from what i understood, try reflashing the firmware using this guide https://developers.google.com/android/images, from there you can also download the ota image
