[Please help] Can anyone create twrp or port for me

I don't have my device's rom and there's none of rom from internet for my device
So I basically use QFIL to dump my device and take boot.img from that dump file, btw my device is A/B partition and can you make that file can boot to twrp directly with fastboot boot command
I also tried hovatek twrp builder and it just stuck in the loading logo

Did you disable diversity by flashing blank vbmeta before flashing twrp?

( I flashed it and reflash patched boot.img and it still stuck at loading logo
