The tool on the website failed to build the device tree, and my pc isnt powerfull enough for compiling it, thank you.

We currently don't provide support for building TWRP from user-provided device trees.
The boot image you provided won't work in our online TWRP builder tool because its an init_boot image, not a boot image.

You can download the current firmware build for your device and extract the boot.img
