Load Android Platform Tools by clicking "Browse" and selecting the folder you extracted google-platform-tool.zip to.
Power off your device, boot into bootloader mode and connect your phone to the PC using a USB cable.
Click Scan in the "ADB Connected Devices" section it should detect your phone.
Click "Browse" in the "Device image" section and select the factory image for your phone. Click "Process" and wait a moment for it to process the boot/init_boot from the firmware.
Select the boot/init_bootloaded on the screen.
Tick only "WIPE all data" in the "Flash Mode" section.
Click on "Flash Device". It will show a prompt to confirm you want to wipe data, Click "Yes" to continue.
You will see a new window showing the Flash options selected, Click "OK" to continue.
The flashing process will begin.
Your phone should restart after a successful flashing.
Important Notice
Make sure you flash an image specific to your phone
Your phone will reboot a couple of times, it is a normal part of the flashing process.
This only works on a pixel phone with an unlocked bootloader.
