Hello, i need some help unlocking my Motorola. My issue is that it had IMEI before but now shows as 0s. Old IMEI was IMEI1: 352303502381074 IMEI2: 352303502448725. Im at a loss because im not even sure how exactly that works. The phone wasnt bought at a saloon from a provider but rather in a normal shop (Kaufland) so i have no idea how to proceed. Thank you for all and any help!

Flash latest firmware for the phone's original carrier

Flash latest firmware for the phone's original carrier

I did, i used the Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant. It didnt help.
