Friends. Lenovo A3300GV running kitkat - unable to install custom roms, needed to install Whatsapp. Following a format I am getting the familiar Set_Metadata, some changes failed, problem associated with kernel 3.4.67. Did anyone ever solve this? Did you find a TWRP version that worked? Thank you. If you have lost your IMEI, the TAC number for the A3300GV is 86584902.

Are you saying you have lost IMEI?

Thank you. I did loose my imei, all too common when using sp flash, but was able to restore it using a generated number with that tac. My ongoing problem is the set metadata fault.

I can't see my last reply. I did lose my imei but was able to reconstruct using the tac number. My ongoing problem is the set metadata failure.
