I did buy the licence in the reseller platform on the 06/12/2023 but since then I have not being able to login until now, I have tried formatting the pc, reinstalling the tool and even the driver but nothing happened I changed the PC and password but still nothing. I don't know if there's solution on that any help will be highly appreciated thanks.
