How to unpack the splash file from Qualcomm devices

Hi,
I would like to change the boot logo on my Sonim XP7s. Since this is a Qualcomm device I cannot user the LogoBuilder which is for MTK devices. Also from what I understand splash files are not the same and have a different structure on different devices.
Can you please help? This is the link to my splash file.

Check our /system/media folder
He doesn't want to change the boot animation which is in */media , but he wants to change the logo that is displayed right at boot "part of the firmware example: logo_a.bin or logo_b.bin, must flash it", then the boot animation follows.
