Phone won't boot I think I'm stuck in brom

I messed up my revvle 5 plus 5g preloader so I bought another same model phone on eBay. Long story cut is I was able to make dump and flash in my to my phone I messed up but now I think I'm stuck in brom mode cause phone won't boot but is recognized as mtk vcom by windows. I have attached my mtkclient log in text format. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you wipe seccfg and (re-)unlock the bootloader of the bricked phone? If not flashing a backup is pointless. Only factory firmware would boot on a locked bootloader
