I was looking for somebody with the A509DL that has or will make or will let me make a full dump of the phone. I bricked mine flashing the patched boot.img and the scatter file I have is making it hang at the tracfone screen. I appreciate any help!

If you still have the stock boot.img, then flash it back to fix bootloop

It's not bootlooping its stuck on the tracfone screen and will just sit there until it dies.

Unless you flashed another model's boot.img, unlocking bootloader using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40300.html then disabling dm-verity using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html should let you boot
