hello&greetings from norway,,i was wanting to ask..a cust.of mine has a galaxy note20ultra 5G..verizon has it carrier locked for whatever reasons he cant seem to get it unlocked..now i was wondering,if i was to wipe itput a different rom on it,would that take care of this lock prob.??or would i also have to rewrite the imei as well as a rom???

Flashing a rom won't unlock it

Flashing a rom won't unlock it so,your telling me if my software is 986U,locked carrier...and i flash it w 986UI,which is unlocked,that ..that is not goin to unlock carrier??max,max,max,,say it isnt so..im alittle worried about the bootloader revision,and the csc,this has me a little worried about how exactly what order i have to flash prior firmware...
