Hi everyone,
I bought a brand new B2710. In 2022, yes...
I am in love with this phone, and my old one has the well known speaker failure issue.Problem, the new one I bought is a locked model, from Orange (France), and it seems, the guy who sold it to me tried to unlock it using codes with no success several times. Now there is an error message saying : "Phone freeze - SIM unavailable, contact your service..."
I don't want to return the phone to the seller because of shipping cost, and I belive I can unlock it using its USB cable and some software.
Right now I am trying Miracle Box.
Drivers are properly installed ; the B2710 shows up in Samsung Kies and is fully functional).
Miracle Box finds the phone and displays its informations.
But when I select the Network Unlock, I get an error message saying : NO ACK
What an ACK is ?
Is there a firmware issue ?
I already replaced the original Orange firmware with a Samsung one...
Any idea someone ?
