How to solve error 12 while downgrading Huawei mifi E5573 Cs

I was trying to downgrade a Huawei E5573 cs mifi then the led lights went off the an error code 12 popped up. That is how my mifi went off can't charge, can't go on again but responding when I connect to PC without the led lights going on but still bringing error code 12.
