Not receiving sms on iPhone 7 plus

My iPhone7 plus with Glo network is not receiving text messages and otp. Only iMessages come in. Even when I put off the iMessages nothing comes in at all. The only thing I can remember doing was resetting my Glo apn setting. I don’t know what to do. Anyone with similar experience pls be kind enough to help.

Have you checked if the service center number in message settings is correct?
Also check if you have any contacts blacklisted
