Hi i have a samsung s10e SM-G970F mobile which was in retail mode/live demo mode and its IMEI is showing full zeros i need a help to rewrite the IMEI to normal IMEI to connect the phone to a cellular network .. please help me thank you..

use z3x box or chimera tool or any hardware box / dongle that supports this model

No free tool and also better for you to pay for the service than buying the tool if you plan to fix just one device

I have the same problem but for a S20 Ultra demo unit. Do you have any idea on where to find a trustworthy person/company to deliver this service?
