for one, you most likely need to disable recovery-from-boot.p from within /system partition (a custom gsi should help with this)
secondly, you'd best need to wait for an update twrp version v3.5, even if the current one does boot, you won't be able to use it for any thing useful as mounting system e.t.c is not supported

For the Tecno_Spark_4_KC8_MT6761_V261_210708.
Flash the stock vbmeta.img in the stock rom
Flash twrp.img
reboot into recovery
In twrp reboot again into recovery(just because)
reboot system
