I am having a hard time unlocking the bootloader to flash a custom recovery and possibly custom rom. I bought it unlocked for carrier.
Cubot X30 (X30_EEA)
Board: v965
Build: CUBOT_X30_A031C_V20_20201010
Baseband: MOLY.LR12A.R3.MP.V114.9
KERNEL: 4.14.141+
Architecture: aarch64
Android sec patch: June 5, 2020
Android 10
MediaTek MT6771
I've tried
adb reboot fastboot
fastboot oem unlock (fail)
And then
fastboot flashing unlock (fail)
I have oem unlock done correctly in dev ops.
Adb debugging enabled
Find my device is off
No screen lock or security enabled.
Not sure what to try next and how do I proceed after I unlock the bootloader. I want to install twrp, disable AVB and dm verity, and possibly flash a custom rom.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

attach a screenshot of the cmd prompt window showing all commands you sent and their results
also include "fastboot devices"
