I have UMIDIGI A3X
it works perfect i like it
but lately i got an issue with main camera, won't focus anymore it's all blur i did everything i formated the phone and nothing still problem.
and i knocked on the camera several times and just fixed once for awhile then back to the issue.
i think it's camera lens won't focus

from all indications, this is no software issue and seeing as you've gone through the regular fix ie "knocking the camera" and the issue still occurs frequently, you should take the device to a hardware expert for checkup
