(13-12-2020, 05:50 AM)hovatekIt does not install. No app install particularly from playstore. I have tried to install King root but couldn't. I did factory reset to see if I will be able to install but no it didn't work.(12-12-2020, 08:55 AM)abbey2u Miracle box does not show A_T4538 or A_T4790 but shows mtk6572 instead
Before we delve further into backing up and flashing, try installing kingroot apk. See if that installs. It it does, check for root access

Flashing it is.
While there are firmware for your model, we need to find out your build.
Boot into factory mode (vol down + power) as explained @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12935.html
Lets see if details are displayed under version

adb devices
adb reboot-bootloader
fastboot devices
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Two ways we can go
1. custom recovery + supersu zip flash (to gain root)
2. SP flash tool readback of the recovery.img so we get build info
Here's CWM for your model @ https://mega.nz/file/IfpHkQxT#cpGmbchuwS...GDkuFBVld4
Download it then connect the phone to PC and run adb
Then run :
Code:adb devices
adb reboot-bootloader
fastboot devices
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
You can now either power off or reboot and then boot the phone into recovery mode
You should have CWM
Let me know when you get to that stage

How am I to use the code? Is it through cmd or adb.exe?
(15-12-2020, 10:06 PM)Detective_KhalifahI will be deceiving myself if I told you I understand those terms you used(pull default.prop and build.prop)(15-12-2020, 04:18 PM)abbey2u(15-12-2020, 06:42 AM)hovatek(14-12-2020, 05:07 PM)abbey2u When I boot to factory mode I only saw amigo 3.14, nothing more

Through cmd. Anywhere, if adb.exe is defined in PATH, otherwise use cmd in the directory adb is located. I've been looking for a person with this model to get some of the ROM dump/backup files.
BTW, can you pull default.prop and build.prop? We might be able to get more detail on the ROM to flash that way.
