Hello hovatek family!
After hard resetting my gionee m7 it's showing encryption unsuccessful.
I have downloaded the firmware provided in gionee firmware download section @http://d.amigo.cn/rom/M7/M7_amigo5.0.2M.5_T2108.zip
Only to findout that the firmware is in ota format.
Please is there any possible solution to bypass this error.?

did you try emmc wipe in factory mode (vol down + power button)?

did you try emmc wipe in factory mode (vol down + power button)?

There is no clear emmc option in factory mode.
I already make a hard reset via recovery mode.
Fastboot mode not working *bootloader is locked*
Tried NCK & Miracle box not working *tried many DA Files* (including the one in your site).
Attached is the phone info as shown in factory mode.
Is there any possible way to fix the issue.

this is the screen you get when you select "version" in factory mode
attach a picture of what you see when you boot the phone using vol down + power button (without selecting any option in factory mode)
