Hi, I want to replace my HP Probook 6550b HDD to SSD. According to HP website my laptop only supports 128 and 160 gigabytes SSD. Does that mean I can't install an SSD more than 160gb?

unless there's someone who has carried out this test, i'm afraid you won't get a specific answer
if you have an ssd drive above 160gb, you can test for yourself. it's possible that you might need to update bios and or change a setting or two in BIOS to get the drive to be detected
