Hi Hovatek,

Please my Tecno Camon CA8 X Pro is dead bricked. It is only showing a blue light when the charger is plugged in. I did not root my phone. This happened a few days after I upgraded my phone software via OTA.

What do I do?

Pls my Tecno Camon X Pro CA8 is dead bricked. It is not coming on at all and It is only showing a blue light when the charger is plugged in. My phone was NOT rooted. This only happened a few days after i upgraded my phone software via OTA.
Pls what do I do??...I really need help on this and i dnt mind paying to fix it....I'm stranded...Please help!!

are you saying that immediately after installing the OTA, the phone didn't power on?
disassemble the phone and disconnect / reconnect the battery then connect to an a.c charger and attempt to power on the phone. post feedback

No it didnt happen immediately. I used it for a few days, then after this happened. 

I already had that done. Same issue..still not coming on after removing and replacing the battery.

it's most likely a hardware problem. take your device to an experienced phone hardware repair technician

Okay. Thanks Hovatek. Carlcare says i have to replace the board.
