It is confusing but when phone enters in bootloop it can't be power off. It just loops boot. But if your phone bootloop then you can just connect to USB on PC and press Download button on SP Flash Tool. After next loop it download that you defined in SP Flash Tool and then you can back to original.

have you tried this out yourself and sp flash tool was able to pick up the device for flashing upon powering off during the loop?

signing the magisk patched boot image with avbtool gives the following error:-
avbtool: Adding hash_footer failed: Image size of 33554432 exceeds maximum image size of 33484800 in order to fit in a partition size of 33554432..
how to fix?!

Yes. Several times. When my phone goes bootloop I launches sp flash tool check original recovery and press download button. Then when phone goes to another boot of loop SP Flash tool detected it and flashed original recovery. And thats all.

You can cut off produced image 33484800 bytes then sign. That is what I did.

Thanks for the help using android image kitchen to unpack and repack the boot image fixed the issue and the device was rooted successfully , thank you very much
