The above mentioned wont turn on nor charge after low battery.i then went ahead to replace the battery,yet it wont turn on nor charge also.i connect it to the system also but nothing happen no connection sound nothing nothing..pls i really need ur help

can you get access to another s4?
when you connect to the pc, does device manager refresh? be sure to try a different usb cable or port on the pc

Sure...i did try another s4 and the system was able to detect it

get a phone hardware repair technician to check the pcb
