Good morning guys...pls i havle this itel s15 which is stocked on the boot logo...I downloaded the firmware but the downgrade always comes up with error...nv data is crashed....have downloaded all series of downgrade tool the ones that has option to untick the nv data stuff wont load the firmware while the ones with no option to uncheck the bfk nv stuff are the only ones which loads the firmware....pls any significant help will be very useful...thanks in anticipation for ur quick response...

Attach the screenshot of the error you get when flashing.
How did the phone endup stuck in bootlogo?
Have you tried booting it to recovery mode and perform factory reset?
