Stuck at "Orange state, Your device will reboot in 5 second"

Actually I was trying to install twrp in my InFocus Turbo 5 (IF9001) with adb and I was successful in installing it ,,, but after rebooting and exiting the fastboot recovery mode It stuck at above message that "Orange state, You have unlocked your bootloader and can't be trusted , Your device will reboot in 5 second" and now it is continuously booting after every 10-15 sec. Showing same message only. I had also tried to install stock rom using so flash tool but it is showing that an error occured at the bridge between rom and usb ...
So Please me to get out of this !!!

what is the error message you get when you attempt flashing stock rom? attach a full screenshot

Try:
Press & Hold Volume Down And Connect USB
