What do you want to backup? Firmware or your data inside the phone.

you, you can backup same way as you would a fully functional mediatek phone
ofc, you realize that if you flash back the backup, it doesn't change anything ie the phone will remain in the same condition as it was just before the backup was made

Yes, what you should do is backup firmware from a different phone but same model with yours or download your phone's stock ROM online and flash.
