I Need help I don't have better understand on Infinity Box and Maracle box

I have downloaded both infinity box+Loader and Maracle box+Loader from this forum. But when I install them they fail to open ...and Gsm Aladdin I have installed it and it's open but it's says dongal not found plz I need help I'm new with this tool I only have experience with sp flash tool.

if you downloaded a loader version, then you must ensure to run the loader.exe not the main software exe
if you can't find the loader.exe file then it must be that your antivirus program has removed it, either disable your antivirus or add to the exclusion list before extracting the zip file and running the loader.exe
