have you tried factory reset in recovery mode?
turn off the phone then use vol up + power key to boot into recovery mode

I have tried all the keys but it doesn't work it's like the phone can't be booted into recovery mode...

did you power off the phone before attempting to boot into recovery mode?
and can you confirm that the vol up key on your device is working?

Yes I did power of the phone before and I even removed the battery and fix it back before attempting the recovery, and the volume keys too are working perfectly fine.
The problem is just from that kind of phone I will be glad if u can do some research about the phone to know what am talking about.

try factory resetting the phone using miracle thunder
boot the phone to edl mode; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21791.html
download miracle thunder 2.82 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html : launch the tool > qualcomm > repair > select your device in the ports dropdown bar > factory reset (edl mode) > start button

If so then the vol keys are not functioning because you can’t boot to recovery and edl mode.
