Hello,

I wanted to root my phone in order to access certain applications.

I first followed a tutorial that told me to unlock OEM, then flash the boot and recovery file.

I really have all that, but on arrival I found myself with my Tecno completely dead: it does not turn on anymore, does not respond to the load.

NB: The phone always emits a sound if I connect it to the PC.

Please help me, dear Internet users.

The boot.img and recovery.img was they exactly for your build?

Did you take note of  your device build number, if Yes download firmware and flash back.

you only flashed boot and recovery using fastboot or is there something else you did before the phone went dead?
have you tried to disconnect & reconnect the battery?

you only flashed boot and recovery using fastboot or is there something else you did before the phone went dead?
have you tried to disconnect & reconnect the battery?

I flashed boot using fastboot method and after I flashed recovery using fastboot in Miracle box.

disconnect / reconnect the battery of your device
if the device still remains dead then download and flash firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23276.html

My battery is built into my phone and I downloaded the second firmware (Tecno LA7 (LA7-H393A-O-180608V128) [Factory / Signed]) to flash the phone but it really doesn't work.

Do you have an explanation? Sad

PS: I think flashing requires a download agent, but the download agent that I downloaded here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html does not work.

Here is what the flashing light gives attached. I tried with SP FlashTool, Miracle Box, SW afterSaler.

and for your sake, it's best you don't attempt to flash anything yet until you confirm that your device is not dead due to empty battery or been stuck in flash mode when you initially attempted to use miracle box
for inbuilt battery, you need to disassemble the back till you get to the battery if it's clip then unclip and reclip it back

Please use English only to post/reply on forum.

you need to loosen the phone to disconnect/reconnect the phone's battery before flashing the firmware you have downloaded.
also, attach the screenshots of the errors you encountered with all the flash tools you tried flashing the firmware with.
