(21-01-2020, 09:31 PM)donkingng X3non, thanks for the great help. I successfully  unlock my vida m2 but i have network stability challenge as the mifi keeps losing signal continuously.
please how do i resolve the signal issues.

might be from your sim network, what's the current network mode; 4G?
also, did you try using a different network provider to check if you'll get the same signal issue?

(22-01-2020, 08:23 AM)Kmirriam It is being detected...when i connect and click th tabs in the left side it shows my IMEI,SN etc....when i click the ??? Tab after inputting my serial number n mac etc it says unlock success along with th green tab.bt then when i restart it it comes back locked agai.

just to confirm, you had a different network provider sim inserted before all this?

Yes i had a different sim card...when i hit the ??? Tab,the “device locked” message on the moderm goes away,bt still can’t get any network signal.which is why i try to restart it then it comes back locked again.so im jus guesing that it needs to be flashed first...i hv tried with different sim cards

most likely but not with the firmware listed here. if we get a different firmware, we'll list it here
meanwhile, what's your full device model and hardware version?
