How do i fix itel 1556 and p12 back light problem

This itel phones has back light problem, whenever i power On the phone the screen light doesn't come and the LCD is okay. I have replace three 3 workable LCD but same problem.

Try flashing light on the screen in the dark (while phone is on). Do you see anything?

Problem is the backlight
