[Please help] HULU APP PROBLEM ON IPAD

Firstly , I can't download Hulu on my iPad because it is not compartible as I use iOS 9.3.5. so I decided to view Hulu media online .
Please I find it hard to login into Hulu on my iOS 9 , IPad 3 .
After inputting my Email and Password and clicked on the Login icon it never responded.
But I tried it on my android it opened . So what is the solution.

Hulu stopped supporting some old devices. Maybe you're affected
