What version of SP flash tool did you use and which files did you flash?

i used sp flash tool v3.1332.0

So @opta, i sugest u do a hard reset too.
D best SP Tool is d latest versn. Dat is very gud nd simple.

use v 3.1328 and format the phone (do not format bootloader) then try flashing the files again. lets know if it persists

still the same tin..... i tried to format it and reflash... but at the end my screen still white and i can hear tecno sound that give sign that the phone is working. later i go do whole format and reflash, but still the same.

seems you're using the new wave of Tecno phones. can the phone enter recovery mode?

seems you're using the new wave of Tecno phones. can the phone enter recovery mode?
i can feel it but white. I tried to do backup after flashin (using youtube video to kw locatn of backup in recovery mode) what i saw is on system, recovery, and boot. Am tired of this phone pls try to help me
