[HELP] Windows Setup Problem

When I'm trying to setup Windows, First I inserted Windows DVD Disk Then I was restart my Laptop, But My Laptop Can't Boot DVD/CD. [Not Enter Booting DVD]… Directly My laptop is Going ON.. Can't Start Windows Installation.
Please Help me to Solution this issue. Sent from my TECNO F3 using Hovatek Mobile

It won’t boot on CD/DVD directly until after you change the boot device either in BIOS or using the boot key.
