Thank you so much for the reply. I tried to connect my phone to the computer but it can't read and even tried with other devices but still doesn't read. At first it used to load something and then pause in the middle and then quits. I tried to install mtk drivers multiple times but it didn't work....please help advice me on what I can do to solve this.

Hey guy, This guide is amazing. I managed to backup my from, root, install TWRP, and even decrypt my Tecno Camon X though I first installed TWRP..hahaha but using this guide I managed to bring back my phone. Thank you so much... But, For those who are struggling with errors at the beginning of the first readback, try going to options, uncheck (check LIB DA match) and (storage life cycle check) Otherwise thank you team hovatek for helping us become superusers...GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

i need help my camon x ca7 keeps showing this error massage.
verified boot is enabled please,download signed image (*-verified.img)
or disable verified boot.
when trying to flash preloader.bin & boot.img in sp flashtool.
