[Please help] privacy protection

I recently moved to Qatar with my brother's phone "tecno h6" when i put my new line it bring this privacy protection password. I called my brother and he doesn't recall setting any password, after reading some of posts in this forum i understood what to do. Then i noticed i can't download the mtk backup for h6 without permission.
Plzzzzz plzzzzz plzzzzzzz am about to throw this phon away because am fed up.
I will appreciate your help very much.
