It's most like a hardware problem, take the PC to hardware repair technician so they check the ports for you.

no not a hardware problem
it's likely to be a driver problem
i just dont know how to fix it without resetting the laptop

driver will not affect two out of 4, it'll affect all if it was driver problem

I'll try a reset after that I'll know if it's hardware or driver
or I'll get an external usb hub

Yes, that's a good test i.e resetting the OS on the PC
