where can i find this file? read the phone and the backup(.mira) generates errors when trying to write. trying to read the phone creates error. kindly advice

(12-07-2019, 08:33 AM)Tumaini Maluki screen was displaying 3/4s. i made a backup(.mira) with miracle thunder, tried to format(failed-error messages) attempted to write back the firmware, but kept getting error messages. when i restarted the phone, screen display was pale white and the phone was constantly vibrating.
that's a hardware problem, take your device to phone hardware repair technician for checkup and replace the screen if necessary

a good number of reasons ranging from drivers, unstable USB connection, wrong settings selected in the tool, faulty emmc chip
