After I flash this device It still remain the way it was

after flashing the phone booted straight back to homescreen without going through the initial setup?
if yes, then the emmc chip if faulty and requires reballing or replacing, take this to an experienced phone hardware technician

It stock on experience smartlife now before, and after flashing, that was the problem led me to flash it and after flashing it remains the same

it doesn't hurt to type full explanation rather than a short one
did you check the build number of the phone before flashing?
and did you try factory resetting the phone after flashing?

The phone can't boot so I can't get the buil number ,
And I reset factory settings after flashing

unable to boot is different from unable to power on
if your phone could not boot, you could still retrieve build number from the phone (refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html ) ,
you cant do that now as you've wiped away the previous OS, now its down to trial and error. you can try other W4 firmwares listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19339.html ; for each firmware you should flash boot, recovery and system and factory reset in recovery mode then check if the phone boots into homescreen
