Here's TWRP for gionee m5 mini with kernel patched and touch fully working

Device : Gionee M5 mini
Chipset = MT6580
Kernel = 3.18.19+
Kernel architecture = 32 bit
Touch Driver = MediaTek GT91xx
TWRP Version : 3.2.3

Pls what's the difference between a 3.18.19 kernel and a 3.18.19+ kernel.
Lastly could this twrp be flashed on a normal 3.18.19 kernel?.

No difference and yes you can flash on 3.18.19, that's the kernel version of M5 mini
