Hi! hope you are all doing well
I have been using different kinds of softwares/flash tools during flashing for certain reasons depending with the type of need for each specific phone,there are lots of flash tools and gadgets used,meaning a lot of competition is being experienced within the invention of phones ,
My questions are,
which is the best tool that supports quite a bigger number of android phones that can be used easily ?
miracle box,miracle key,miracle dongle and all other products from miracle team,which one is the best if i decide to venture into one of the products?
miracle products do they support most phones in the market?
what is the difference between a dongle and a box ?
which one can you guys advice me to have ?

There's no general box/dongle that supports all phone model, every box/dongle has few phone's it support. E.g, CM2 & NCK is support mtk, SPD, and quallcomm based chip phone. Z3x support phone's like Samsung, LG etc.
So you see, the box/dongle you'll need depend on the phones you mostly fix.
Also the difference between box/dongle is very clear, there's no much difference they both serves like a key for running a flash tools but box has some ports on it for connecting phones, you can search for the pictures or difference online.

Lastly I'll suggest you go for UMT Pro Box it has support for large number of phones and unlock capability.
