Can't t login in win 10

Whenever i type my password, the login screen reappears. Cant run recovery option. When i click on command prompt or restore point option, it says "you need to sign in as an administrator to continue but there aren't any administrator account for this PC".

What to do plz help.

ensure the keys on your keyboard actually works, i.e when you type make sure a new character is added in the password box (you can try using the onscreen keyboard if you notice the keyboard isnt working)
if you recently formatted your PC, then ensure you're using the same keyboard layout
