whats the current state of your phone after flashing the T8s firmware? (totally dead or stuck at boot)
and was flashing successful with a green tick?

stuck when loading after the logo, in the recovery is not easy, but there is a choice of three variations 1 recovery 2 fast loading 3 continue loading, something like this. but nothing works gray screen with artifacts.

choose option 1 - recovery
if it boots into recovery mode successfully, try performing a factory reset then reboot and check if the phone can boot into homescreen

seeing as the firmware is not available online, you'll either need to look for a working phone to take a backup from OR you can contact the leagoo support and hopefully they'll provide you a link to the firmware for your model
