you can backup from your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html and ensure to use the custom DA for your model listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html when using sp flash tool

not available, you can backup from a working phone with the same build number if you have access to one
if your device is bricked then B1-F8018BC-OGo-190515V190 found @ https://www.mediafire.com/file/snzz0n7w8...e.zip/file should work for your build
if your device isn't bricked but some other issue then create a new thread for this by clicking "ask question" at the top
