[Please help] HOW TO BACKUP FILES LIKE music, photos etc from a Stuck TECNO f1
(24-01-2019, 09:45 AM)EMMANUS You can backup using this guide https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html, the partition you are after is userdata, BUT, there is a twist, after you restore the user data, your phone may be unable to boot to home screen.
So, these are the steps;
Backup full rom including userdata (takes about 45mins- 1hr)
Perform factory reset on the phone from recovery
Flash only userdata from the backup (using sp flash tool)
See if the phone boots

Another option is to flash TWRP and use the file manager to copy the files to external SD card
