Turned on OEM unlock

I have tried almost all ADB, device, usb, spreadtrum, SPD drivers 
I have tried on windows 10 and 7 64bit OS

While unlocking bootloader through adb, nothing happens after ADB reboot bootloader command. Screen goes blank that's it.

While rooting through magisk and spd research tool, device is not detected by the software 

Is there any other way I can root??

on the blank screen, did you try the command 'fastboot devices' ?
can you still boot into recovery mode? if yes check if the phone has an option to boot into fastboot from recovery mode

Ya. I tried fastboot devices on blank screen, command prompt shows "waiting for device" and that's it

Ya. I can boot into recovery mode
But there is no option to boot into fastboot mode.

"Reboot to bootloader" option is available ( if that helps )

Select Reboot to Bootloader. That'll take you to fastbooot
Have you patched your stock boot.img using magisk manager?

Windows 10 would detect my device in ADB but windows 7 doesn't even detect it in ADB

Yes. I downloaded the firmware and took the boot.img from it and patched it via magisk manager

Btw will there be any advantage If I use Ubuntu or windows XP

now, SPD research tool detects my device and im able to flash the firmware ( switch off the device...... press volume up key and connect device )
