is your device bricked? if yes, download and flash stock boot and system from B1p-F8017ABGH-OGo-190706V174 firmware listed @
if its not bricked then backup firmware from your device

Tecno POP 2 Power B1p (B1p-F8017AB-GO-181029V87 by hovatek for a phone with the build number listed as
TECNO B1p-F8017ABGH-OGo-191223V189

not advisable, they both look like different variants
you can try either of these below

I don't seem to understand why tecno is fun of coming up with different variants for a particular phone.
